Insurance Information
At True North Oral Surgery & Implants we make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. Our staff will provide a courtesy call to your insurance to establish benefits prior to your procedure. Please note, however, that the treatment proposal is an estimate of coverage based on this call. It is not a guarantee of coverage or payment. Some procedures are pay-in-full at the time of service, regardless of insurance coverage. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks.
Please bring your insurance information to your first office visit so that we can expedite reimbursement.
We are happy to submit claims to your insurance, regardless of our network status (aside from Medicaid, Medical Assistance, and state-funded plans as noted below). The following is a list of plans we are currently “in network” with, but please note that this list can change and may not be all-encompassing, so call us if you have any questions:

Please note: We are not Medicaid providers and cannot see Medicaid/Medical Assistance patients, even if you have another primary medical policy. We also cannot see any other state-funded medical or dental plans. Please contact the MN Dept of Human Services for information on where you can find a provider, or call 911 if it is an emergency.
