Financial Information

For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, Care Credit, HSA, Flex, debit, and cash. Personal checks are not accepted in our office. We also work with a variety of insurances, a list of which can be found here.

We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients.

Your first visit to our clinic will be for a pre-surgery visit/examination by the surgeon. If you have insurance, we will make a courtesy call to your insurance company to establish any benefits you may have available for your exam and proposed treatment. Your expected out-of-pocket charges for the doctor’s exam and any needed x-rays are due in full upon your arrival for this initial visit.

Following your pre-surgery visit/examination with the doctor, you will meet with a patient care specialist to discuss the charges, possible insurance benefits, payment expectations, and any other questions you might have regarding billing. You will receive an estimate of your out-of-pocket expenses, which is based on the information we were given during our courtesy call to your insurance company. This amount will be due in full on the day of your surgery. Please note: benefits quoted to us are never a guarantee of payment. Insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company, and while we strive to provide the closest possible estimate, any remaining balance after your insurance settles is ultimately your responsibility.

If you do not have insurance, payment in full is required on the day(s) of your appointment(s).

While we do not have a direct payment plan, we are happy to offer low-interest and no-interest Care Credit plans to our patients. Care Credit must be set up at least 3 days prior to your procedure.
